Why Nexiven exists.
Stores add an AI chatbot to answer customers. Then nobody reads what it says.
A chatbot can state a delivery time you can't meet, promise a refund you don't offer, or send a customer who was ready to buy to a contact form. You find out when someone complains, if they complain. Most of the damage is quiet: the customer who didn't get an answer just leaves.
Reading every conversation yourself isn't realistic, and a sample misses the rare, expensive mistakes. Nexiven reads all of them against your own rules and tells you what to fix.
It is a small, independent product. In these first weeks we work closely with each store, and we'd rather tell you what it can't do yet than promise it.
Proof over alarms
Every finding carries the bot's exact words and your exact rule. A finding we can't prove doesn't reach you.
Your rules are the source of truth
We compare the bot with what you wrote. We don't invent policies or guess at gaps.
Hands off your bot
Nexiven reads. It never talks to your customers and never edits your chatbot.
Honest about limits
It can miss things and it can raise a false alarm. That's why there's a second review, and why you always see both quotes.
