How Nexiven checks your chatbot.
You give us your rules and access to conversations. We read every conversation, check each statement, and tell you what needs fixing.
Connect your conversations
We read chats from an export of your chat history or from your chatbot's API. Most chatbot platforms can export conversations. If yours can't, tell us which one you use and we'll look at the API.
Add your rules
Paste your shipping, returns, pricing, sizing, warranty and promotion text. These are the only source of truth. If your rules are silent on something, Nexiven does not guess. It lists the claim as one it couldn't check.
Every statement is read and compared
Each bot message is split into the claims it makes. Each claim is compared with your rules. We also check whether the bot actually answered the question, and whether a buyer was moved toward a purchase.
A second pass tries to reject each finding
A separate review looks at every finding with fresh eyes and drops the ones your rules can't prove. A finding must carry the bot's exact words and your exact rule, or it never reaches you.
You get alerts you can act on
Serious problems go out at once. Medium ones come in a batch every 3 days. Small ones arrive in a weekly digest. Alerts go to email, Telegram or Slack.
Delivery time doesn't match your policy
- The bot told a customer
- Standard delivery is 1–2 business days
- Your rules say
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days.
- Why it matters
- The customer is counting on a date you can't meet.
- Suggested fix
- Correct the shipping answer in your bot, then contact the customer.
How urgent is it?
Alerts are sorted so you aren't buried. What you see first is what can cost you money today.
Critical
A wrong fact or a promise you don't offer: money, delivery dates, return rights, safety or legal assurances. Sent at once.
Medium
Answers the bot should have given, needless handoffs to a human, contradictions, and buyers left without a next step. A batch every 3 days.
Low
Tone, unclear wording and small slips. A weekly digest.
What we never do.
Talk to your customers
Nexiven only reads conversations.
Edit or switch off your bot
You decide what to fix. We show you exactly where.
Judge what your rules don't cover
If the bot states something your rules are silent on, we list it as a claim we couldn't check, so you can add the rule.
What we need from you.
Conversations
An export from your chatbot, or API access if your platform has one.
Your rules in text
Shipping, returns, pricing, sizing, warranty and promotions. Plain text is enough.
