The service

Nexiven reads conversations between your customers and your store's AI chatbot, compares them with the store rules you provide, and reports problems it finds. It does not talk to your customers and does not change your chatbot.

Trial and fees

The trial lasts 10 days and needs no payment card. After the trial the service costs $49 a month, billed only after you agree to continue. You can cancel at any time. A fair-use limit on monthly conversations applies.

Accuracy

Nexiven can miss problems and can report things that are not problems. Reports are information to help you review your chatbot, not legal, financial or compliance advice. You remain responsible for what your chatbot tells your customers and for your store's policies.

Your content

You keep ownership of the conversations and rules you provide. You allow us to process them to run the service for you and to improve Nexiven, as described on the privacy page. You confirm that you have the right to share them with us.

Acceptable use

Don't use the website or demo to attack, overload or scrape the service, to send content you have no right to share, or to process data you are not allowed to process. We may limit or stop access if the service is being abused.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Nexiven is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
